Southwestern Breakfast Burrito Recipe
This is a great start to your morning, the healthy way.
Ingredients:
4 (8”) Fat Free Flour Tortillas
3 Tbsp. Green Peppers, chopped
1/8 Tbsp. Salt
Dash Pepper and Cumin
1 Cup Egg Whites
3 Tbsp. Tomato, diced
1/4 Cup Jalapeno Cheese or Cheddar, shredded
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Chorizo or Meat, diced
Directions:
Add the olive oil to a frying pan, season the green peppers with salt, pepper, and cumin and cook for 2 minutes. Add the meat if you want meat.
Add the egg whites and scramble until their cooked, then stir in the tomato.
Sprinkle on the cheese. Spoon the mixture and roll into the tortillas.
