Low Cholesterol Omelet Recipe


Omelets are more than breakfast food, and good for you.


Ingredients:

1/4 Cup Egg Beater

1 Egg White

1/4 Cup Tomato, chopped

1 Tbsp. Green Pepper, chopped

1 Tbsp. Scallion, chopped

Black Pepper

Garlic Powder


Directions:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients.  Cook the omelet in a frying pan with cooking spray over low-medium heat.
