Lemon Grilled Salmon Recipe
This seasoning tastes great, and is great for you.
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp. Lemon-Pepper Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
2 tsp. Fresh Dill
1 1/2 lbs. Salmon Fillet
3 Tbsp. Chicken Broth
3 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Green Onions, finely chopped
2 slices Onion, separated into rings
1 Lemon, thinly sliced
Directions:
Sprinkle the lemon-pepper, salt, garlic powder, and dill on the salmon. Place the salmon in a resealable plastic bag. In a bowl, combine the broth, oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, and green onions, and add to the bag with the salmon.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for an hour, flipping once. Discard the marinade and place the salmon skin side down to the grill, over medium heat. Lay the onion and lemon slices on top of the salmon, and cover the grill. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
