Lemon Garlic Broccoli Recipe


Here’s a great way to add some taste to your vegetables.


Ingredients:

Broccoli

3 Tbsp. Butter or Margerine

2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

3 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice


Directions:

Steam the broccoli for 5 to 7 minutes. 


In a heavy nonstick skillet, heat the butter over medium heat, and add the garlic, sauté for 1 minute.


Add the cooked broccoli, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, cooking just long enough to combine.
