Grilled Flank Steak Recipe


This is a great high protein dinner.


Ingredients:

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Onion Powder

1 tsp. Celery Salt

1 tsp. Black Pepper

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Cup Olive Oil

3 lbs. Flank Steak


Directions:

Trim the steak of fat and gristle. 


Whisk together the onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and celery salt in a small bowl.


In another bowl, add the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar, and then add the spices to the liquid.


Add the steak and marinade to a resealable plastic bag and let marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning after the first 2.


Let the steak sit out at room temperature for an hour before grilling.


Grill the steak over hot heat for 5 minutes, flip the steak and grill for another 5 minutes.
