Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe


You’ve got a full, healthy meal, just by adding chicken!


Ingredients:

4 Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless

1/2 Cup Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing

10 oz. package Romaine Lettuce Hearts

Additional Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing

1 Cup Garlic Croutons

1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated


Directions:

Marinate the chicken in a half a cup of salad dressing, for 2 hours in the refrigerator.  Grill, turning once, until the chicken in thoroughly cooked.  Slice into strips to serve.


In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, croutons, additional salad dressing, and cheese.  Divide to 4 plates or bowls, and top will the chicken.
