Greek Salad Recipe


Salads are healthy, but not always tasty.  This one is!


Ingredients:

3 large Ripe Tomatoes, chopped

2 Cucumbers, peeled and chopped

1 small Red Onion, chopped

1/4 Cup Olive Oil

4 tsp. Lemon Juice

1 1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

6 Black Greek Olives, pitted and sliced


Directions:

In a bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, and cucumber.


Sprinkle on the lemon juice, oil, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.  Then sprinkle on the feta cheese and olives.

Yield:  1 serving
