Feta and Tomato Salad Recipe


This is a delicious salad, sure to please.


Ingredients:

1 (4 oz.) package Feta Cheese

1/4 Cup Greek Dressing

2 Tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped

1/2 Cup Oil-Cured Ripe Black Olives, sliced

1/4 Cup Red Onion, chopped

6 Plum Tomatoes, chopped

Lettuce of your choice


Directions:

Break up the feta cheese into small pieces, but don’t let it crumble.


Stir the dressing and parsley together in a large bowl.  Stir in the feta, olives, red onion, and tomatoes.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.


Serve with a slotted spoon, to cut down on over serving with dressing.  Add to a plate of your choice of lettuce.
