Edamame Recipe
Surprisingly delicious for something so good for you.
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh Edamame, in the pod
Salt, preferably Kosher or Sea Salt
Directions:
Boil a large pot of water and add the Edamame and let cook for 10 minutes. They should be crisp-tender, this might happen at around 7 minutes.
Run cold water over the Edamame, and drain well. Pat off the excess moisture, and sprinkle with salt.

Cook Time: 10 minutes
