Crock-Pot Roast Beef Recipe


Here’s an easy recipe that’s also healthy for you.


Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Oil

1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

1/4 Cup Wine Vinegar or Brandy

1/2 Cup Water

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp. Season All

1 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Pepper

1 medium Roast (frozen or thawed)

1 1/2 Cups Liquid From Meat

2 Tbsp. Beef Bouillon

2 Cups Water

1/2 Cup Water mixed with 4 Tbsp. Flour


Directions:

Add ingredients oil through the meat to the slow cooker.  Cook on high heat for 4 hours.  Turn to low heat and cook for another hour and a half.  Each hour turn the meat over.


Make the gravy by mixing together the liquid, bouillon, and water in the crock-pot.  Then stir in the water/flour mixture until it’s thick.
