Asian Glazed Salmon Recipe
This is a delicious glaze for the perfect healthy dinner.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Dark Brown Sugar, packed
4 tsp. Chinese Hot Mustard
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Rice Vinegar
2 (8 oz.) Salmon Steaks
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the mustard, soy sauce, and brown sugar, whisking to blend.
In a small bowl, transfer 1 Tbsp. of the glaze and add in the rice vinegar.
Brush one side of the salmon steaks, generously with half of the glaze. Add the steaks, glazed side down to the grill. Let cook for 4 minutes, brush the topside of the steaks with the remaining glaze and turn the steaks over. Grill for 5 minutes, until the center turns opaque. Drizzle the glaze and rice vinegar mixture over the salmon.
